Positive job numbers for 2015, up 3.5% over 2014, in the Inland Empire are giving optimism for home sales in 2016. According to Rosalie Murphy of the Desert Sun, “In the last 12 months, the Inland Empire has added workers across most sectors — including about 9,000 jobs in trade, transportation and utilities (which includes both warehouse and retail jobs), 9,000 jobs in construction and 6,900 in leisure and hospitality. Government, including public schools, added 8,000 positions, and offices added 6,800 workers.”
